If you're looking for funeral or memorial service music, please choose a juke box link from the list to the right. Over 95% of the songs in the library are available at iTunes for 99 cents each and you can download them right away. You can then burn them to a music CD for the service.

From personal experience I know how difficult it can be to find a song that conveys what's in your heart. Funeral music is not something that many of us think about until we are faced with it. This is the one place on the web where you can find that special song and listen to the entire song before you purchase it.

Since I began the site seven years ago it's grown into a collection of over 700 songs, many from artists you've probably never heard. Along with the more well known songs that speak to those who have suffered a loss, I actively seek out small independent artists. About 9,000 people visit the site each month, some just to listen to the music. If you have a song to suggest, please go to the guestbook and tell me about it.

This site it not a 'music download' site, except for a handful of songs that artists have been kind enough to donate for free download. You'll need to purchase the songs you want online, or at a local store. I know that for many of you, you need the music NOW. Because iTunes is the largest online music store, I suggest you use iTunes for your music purchases. To make it easier to purchase the songs on this site at iTunes, there are iTunes links for every song in the Library that is sold there.

If you urgently need music for a funeral or memorial service, and for whatever reason can't find or purchase the song, contact me using the email page . Feel free to contact me with any other requests, questions or comments.

If you are a musician who would like your music featured please email me. There is no charge.

I do not maintain lyrics or sheet music for the songs in the library. You may be able to find them by doing an internet search.

Funeral and memorial service music is a very personal choice and I find it difficult to give specific recommendations. I've tried to organize the songs in the library in such a way that you can quickly find a song you like.
